Yay. Passed BTT on tues! And i saw the BLACK KNIGHTS coming in for a landing at paya lebar airbase on my way out. Imagine my thrill.. :p i spun round on the spot to watch them.
Dunno when i'll go sign up for lessons and Advanced though. I won't dare drive my dad's car anyway.. heh. After that was L Change the world! oooh nice show!! L is super farnie and Maki is cute! But the plot not as complex as the first two..

Wednesday went queensway with Eugene to shop help him look for a bag which he didn't buy.. there are nice clothes there!!! i wanna go back and buy someday.. when i got money.. heh.

And today? Well.. todaes a day with the com and the PS2. Ha. I'm such a couch potato.

Hmm. Eugene's gotten his liscence already! Congrats boy. Now u gonna have to drive me around town! :D I met Jin Ken at the driving school. He sat down beside me suddenly and gave me quite a shock. But I guess i can count on meeting more old friends there? Met Benny from VJ on my way in too. Took a 'short cut' home across a holey field. Some sacred ground.. yea right. After that met up with Miao Qun just to catch up with each other.. been a really long time since we've talked!! :D

Now waiting for Eugene to finish rolling around on his bed, so we can go swim and then study at the airport. Haha. I miss it. Really.

The last time was with Jolencia at coffee bean, and starbucks too. No we were not testing the coffees.. We used to be quite close.. now... a smiley would sum up how i feel :(
Quite sad.. life in singapore is really that busy? Or does the saying really hold true, that 'girls come and go, but brothers stay brothers for life.'

Aye but bring those jap kids around town was really quite an eye-opener as well as a good chance to practices whatever japanese i had mastered in 5 week. Communication wasn't very good but they were such a friendly and nice bunch, especially the 2nd day! They gave me japanese candy, snacks, and a nice fan with handwritten notes on it.. so sweet of them. How i wish i could communicate better with them. We took neo-prints!! :D Dunno when was the last time i took. Heh. It's in my wallet now :D Photos shall be up soon. Waiting for the other grp leader, Joel, to send them to me, i really should have brought my own camera along man..

Today went to the zoo with shihui!! たのしい！！！！

Saw so many cute animals as well as the not so cute ones.. Haven't been to the zoo in ages man! I think it'd be nice to work there. But i really don't know if i can be as charismatic as those show hosts.. and it takes a really long time to develop relationships with the animals, so being an animal trainer is also gonna be hard. Oooh but it was fun!!! Next stop, Night Safari!! :D:D

Before me materialised a room painted with the colour of neglect. A door stood ajar at the far-end wall casting a single golden beam of radiant light across the floor. Faint beams of light shone through dust-coated windows onto termite infested wooden floor boards. I knew what i was here for, yet, I doubted my resolve with each step forwards I took. Would this still be any much fun? With naught but my shadow for company? Yet before i had made up my mind to go back, my hand grasped the cold metal surface of the door knob. As it turned, a few peices of rust fell out. I watched as they floated gently and silently onto the ground. The last copper coloured particle had finally found it's way to the ground and settled snugly admist it's companions in a bed of dust. I looked up at the sign on the door. "Temporal Lobe" it read. It open surprisingly quietly as i took a step into the next room.

Golden light blinded my eyes with such ferocity that it took me a while to get aquainted with it's intensity. The next room was circular and majestic. A large dome made of white marble arched high above. I walked into the middle of the room. Mountanious shelves adorned with rows and rows of motion pictures, each one emitting a radiant glow, formed a border along the wall encircling me.

I took my time to choose. Walking along the shelves, I imbibed each picture as i pushed the replay buttons, one after another. I began to tear uncontrollably. Undoubtedly, I couldn't take all of them with me. I would miss them indeed. But it was all right, I reasuured myself. Once i left the room, I would not remember them, not one.

I was done. Ready to leave. I took one last look at the pictures left on the shelves, their light now dimming steadily. "Goodbye" I whispered and walked out the door back into the dusty worn down corridor.

The pictures i took with me shone as brightly as before, lighting the path before me and showing me the way out. A small smile began to form across my countenence as i caught a glimpse of my favourite memory of all, shining ever so reasuuringly out of the darkness. Everything was indeed, going to be all right. Afterall, it wasn't the first time i had been here.

That's my baby-sitter from eons ago.. haha. Her husband used to take me on bus rides, and we'll sit 2nd row from the front on the upper deck (first row will fly out if got accident). We go to their house every CNY. I love the milo. Haha. It's always nice to hear their stories bout pretty much anything. Haha. I call her Aunty-Mama. I got no idea why.. shall ask mum one day..

My two Aunts (Dad's sisters). Standard procedure. See them first call them gu-gu. Den dunno wat else to say.. o.O

My Ah Mah! She speaks Hokkien to Dad, Cantonese to Mum and Chinese to me.. a mixture to Ben.. Haha. She cooks once a week for us.. Dad'll go and bring back food from her house.. She calls the day before, and it's always the same, "Fred ah, Dad in not? ah? nochet come back ah? wait come back ask him call ah mah hor!'

Gu-po's house for lunch every CNY. Special chicken noodles with her special chilli. I'm getting hungry again man. Each family gets a bottle of her chilli to bring home :D She's my Mum's aunt btw. Go there eat sure break-out into sweat.. then we'll go stand infront of the fan. Usually we'll be playing pop-pop in the corridor outside.. now Joshau and Bryan play their Nitendo DS, Hannah will chase me around the house..

Mum with the dinosaur that's always there at Gu-po's. Without fail we'll toss it around a few times as we watch tv.

At Po-Po's house. Mum's mum. Hannah was climbing door frames.. i challenged her to touch the top of the door frame, she did, i challenged her to touch the ceiling, she looked at the ceiling, looked back at me.. and then.. well..

Okay. Some say it is better to have loved and lost love than to have not loved at all. Others say stuff they don't mean and regret later. Still others don't say stuff and end up regretting all the same. People with packed schedules wish they had a break. People with too much time on their hands wish for something to do. In anycase, the grass is always greener on the other side.
